For plan renewals, changes, or upgrades, please contact us with the required details so we can apply the discount to your next subscription period.

You will be charged 50% off your chosen monthly or annual plan. For a detailed look at our pricing and to decide which storage option suits your needs, please visit our pricing page.

Currently, we accept payments via credit and debit cards (including Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and more), and we also accept Paypal, bankcontact, iDEAL, and SOFORT.

For monthly plans, the discounted price will apply to renewals until you cancel or delete your subscription or if you choose to downgrade to a free plan.

If you have an annual plan, your discount will remain valid for one year from the purchase date and will automatically renew at the standard cost unless you cancel or reconfirm your eligibility status with us.

If you wish to re-subscribe to any plan and keep your education discount, you must contact us so we can verify your eligibility.

You can change your subscription plan at any time. If you want to upgrade your storage and still enjoy Internxt and cloud storage for education, please contact us with the necessary details to re-verify your status. We will be in touch if you are still eligible for the discount.
